Pencil icon: freehand draw. Tap it to cycle to straight-line (drag point to point, it locks straight when you let go), tap again for eraser, tap again back to pencil.
Curved arrow: undo, up to 12 steps back.
Mic: tap to talk. Say a number, say "next line" to drop down a row. Tap again to stop.
Paper airplane: send this pad as an image — text it, save it, whatever’s fastest.
Top-right, smaller icons: camera, gallery, flip black/white, save to a slot, load a slot, wipe.
On a photo, a color dot also shows up top-right — tap it to cycle pencil color (green/red/white/black) so it stays visible against light or dark parts of the photo.
